What Role You Are Expected To Play?

• Work as an Individual contributor as part of the Client Solutions group.
• Lead different initiatives from the organizational perspective that range from leading.

• development of business-context drive Data Analytics use cases and Data Science prototypes,
• scope and delivery of proof of concept, and contribute towards papers and presentations at
• leading industry forums.

• Keep yourself abridged on Data Analytics (Product and Services) and Data Science trends across

industry domains.

• Bring a good balance of Consultative approach and Delivery mindset.
• Good coordination, project management skill – for seamless interactions with internal

Analyttica stakeholders and/or external clients.

• Ability to build a good relationship (of mutual respect and trust) internally and externally.
• Strong communication skills (active listening, engaging verbal and written conversation).
• Develop a sense of judgement and situational smartness.
• Ability to swiftly interact with internal groups for mapping resources with the needs to achieve

business objectives.

• Travel for client meetings / prospect interactions as needed (predominantly domestic travel).

Essential Experience and Skillset for The Role

• MBA from a top tier school or Master’s degree in any of the quantitative disciplines like

Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operation Research.

• 5+ years of experience in the business analytics/data science/research industry.
• Prior multi-domain exposure preferred across BFS, healthcare, media & entertainment, and

retail.

• Hands on knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python or R, Tableau and/or Power BI, MS Office.
• Strong theoretical as well as application knowledge of analytical processes, advanced Statistical

algorithms like regression, decision trees, Random Forest.

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive deeper engagement.
• Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor and aligning with teams as needed to deliver.

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver / present on analytical concepts and techniques in-person and/or digitally.
• Passionate about guiding and coaching others, prior experience in training/mentoring others is.
