Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Upwork,Guru,PPH, Fiverr to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of B2B/B2C lead generation, and the ability to research and engage prospective clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified leads through online research, Upwork, Guru, Fiverr LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other digital platforms.
• Research target companies and key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements and pass them to the sales team.
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong internet research and data mining skills.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with email outreach and cold calling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
