Human Resources Generalist

• We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Generalist to
• manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance
• management, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a
• thorough understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work closely with business leaders
• to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

2. HR Operations

• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented effectively.

3. HR Strategy & Workforce Planning

• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support organizational development initiatives.
• Analyze workforce data and provide HR insights to management.
• Drive process improvements and HR automation initiatives.

4. Employee Grievance Management

• Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
• Promote a positive and healthy work environment.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and disciplinary procedures.
