- About the Role
- Jaipuria Executive Education & Training is looking for a dynamic Business Development
- Manager to drive corporate partnerships and expand our Executive Education portfolio. The role
- involves acquiring new corporate clients, developing strategic relationships with HR and L&D
- leaders, and promoting customized learning solutions, leadership programs, and Management
- Development Programs (MDPs).
- Key Responsibilities
- ● Drive business development for Executive Education and Corporate Training programs.
- ● Build and manage relationships with CHROs, L&D Heads, HR Leaders, and Business
- Heads.
- ● Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals,
- and industry engagement.
- ● Sell customized learning solutions, leadership development programs, MDPs, and
- certification programs.
- ● Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for corporate clients.
- ● Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to design client-centric learning interventions.
- ● Achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
- ● Represent Jaipuria at corporate events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen
- brand visibility.
- ● Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat
- business.
- Desired Profile
- ● MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- ● 6 -15 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Executive
- Education, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.
- ● Strong network with HR, L&D, Talent Development, and Business
