Senior Graphic Designer

Our client is the Middle East's leading experiential agency, headquartered in Dubai, with offices across the region, creating meaningful brand experiences for regional and global clients.

They're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional design craft, strong conceptual thinking and a forward-looking approach to AI-powered creativity.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing campaign key visuals, brand identities, logos and visual systems.
• Turning creative briefs and strategic insights into distinctive design concepts.
• Creating presentation decks, social content and campaign assets across platforms.
• Using AI image and video tools, including Magnific, to create and refine high-quality visuals.
• Applying excellent typography, composition, layout and visual consistency.
• Collaborating with art direction, strategy, copywriting and account teams to bring ideas to life.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years experience in graphic design, branding, advertising or a related creative field, ideally agency-side.
• A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, branding, key visuals and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools.
• Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail and ownership from brief to final execution.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the confidence to push creative boundaries.

Arabic proficiency is a plus, but not essential.
