We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Growth Marketer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales advertising to drive website sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate website sales.
• Manage and scale e-commerce advertising campaigns with a focus on revenue growth.
• Monitor and improve ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Analyze website performance and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics.
• Develop growth strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and developers to improve website performance and user experience.
• Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on investment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-Commerce Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Proven experience in driving website sales for e-commerce businesses.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent understanding of ROI, ROAS, conversion tracking, and sales funnels.
• Experience in vendor coordination and campaign management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• A results-driven marketer with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce sales, improving ROAS, and driving sustainable revenue growth through digital marketing.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month
