Marketing Manager

You will be required to establish strategic relationships with consultants and academic counsellors, conduct marketing and admission procedures, maintain student/candidate files, and plan and promote special events. Moreover, you will be responsible for acquiring sponsorships, accessing media for promotional activities, enhancing business opportunities, and increasing admissions through regular follow-ups.

In addition, you will need to create a positive team spirit, maintain staff motivation and rapport, manage expenses, handle petty cash, maintain accurate accounting records, and receipts. Your role will also involve Online Reputation Management, appropriate media selection for advertising new program launches, and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in similar roles within the education or related industries. Strong communication skills, proficiency in written and verbal English, the ability to engage in meaningful conversations, and a bachelor's degree from a recognized university are essential requirements. Demonstrated experience in handling complex problems will be an added advantage.,
