Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zirakpur for a Performance Marketing (D2C) professional. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive growth and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include analyzing data to monitor performance, managing ad budgets, conducting performance testing, and ensuring the effectiveness of various marketing channels. The chosen candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights to enhance advertising strategies and customer acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis competencies to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing to optimize campaigns for growth
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools is highly preferred
• Results-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt strategies based on evolving business requirements
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field

Experience:2-6 years

Salary: 20k-50k CTC
