About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Social Media Executive to manage large-scale distribution marketing across 50+ fan pages. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling automation tools, short-form content distribution, and platform algorithms while maintaining consistency and avoiding spam-like activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate 50+ fan pages for distribution marketing through automation
• Upload and distribute reels/posts across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube as per strategy
• Schedule and publish content using Hootsuite (mandatory) or similar social media management tools
• Maintain strict posting timelines, content variations, and page-wise distribution tracking
• Write, adapt, and optimize captions, hashtags, and basic CTAs
• Ensure content aligns with current market trends and platform best practices
• Coordinate closely with content, design, and strategy teams
• Maintain consistency across pages while preventing duplication or spam-triggering behavior
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on engagement trends

Tools & Skills Required (Must-Have)

• Hands-on experience with Hootsuite or similar scheduling platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
• Experience managing multiple social media pages/accounts simultaneously
• Knowledge of reels, short-form content, and distribution marketing strategies
• Working knowledge of AI tools for content optimization and automation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in health, wellness, or education content
• Understanding of content repurposing strategies
• Basic analytics knowledge to track and interpret performance metrics

Experience Required: 13 years (relevant experience mandatory)
