Key Responsibilities:

• Execute derivatives trades efficiently across Futures and Options, ensuring high-quality execution and optimal outcomes for clients.
• Handle sales trading and dealing responsibilities with equal ownership, ensuring seamless coordination between client servicing and execution.
• Independently execute complex strategies such as Synthetic Arbitrage, rollover trades, and 1-month and 2-month block trades.
• Source, identify, and match arbitrage opportunities in the market to generate consistent trading flows.
• Take real-time execution calls in directional trades, demonstrating strong market judgment to enhance both trading volumes and client satisfaction.
• Apply commercial thinking to assess which client flows can be scaled through arbitrage and rollover strategies, thereby maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Actively manage and strengthen relationships with both domestic and foreign clients, ensuring consistent engagement and business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a derivatives sales trader with strong execution expertise and the ability to operate in a fungible role across sales trading and dealing.
• Proficiency in vendor trading platforms such as OMNESYS and GREEKSOFT, with a clear understanding of algorithmic execution and the ability to select appropriate strategies for best execution.
• Capability to contribute to improvements and enhancements in execution processes and systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel along with basic technical skills.
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in Synthetic Arbitrage, rollover strategies, and block trade execution.
• Strong ability to identify arbitrage flows and align them with client opportunities.
• Demonstrated speed, accuracy, and confidence in executing Futures and Options directional trades.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities through execution strategies.
• Established client network, including at domestic as well as foreign client relationships.
