Role Description The Placement Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves coordinating with students, faculty, and employers to facilitate successful job placements and internships. The Placement Coordinator will maintain employer relationships, identify new placement opportunities, and organize placement drives, interviews, and career guidance sessions. Daily tasks include tracking student progress, preparing placement-related reports, updating placement records, and supporting students with resume building, interview preparation, and professional etiquette. The role also requires collaboration with academic teams to align training outcomes with industry expectations and ensure a smooth transition from training to employment.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to support students and interact with hiring partners.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for coordinating with stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Education-related competencies, such as understanding training programs and advising students on career pathways.
• Candidates should possess Recruiting skills, including sourcing job opportunities, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Relevant experience in placement coordination, career services, HR, or recruitment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of IT and digital skills industry trends will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills are preferred.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline; a specialization in HR, Management, or Education-related fields is an added advantage.
