Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving student recruitment efforts by actively engaging potential customers, delivering persuasive presentations, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, managing follow-ups, and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and creating strategies
• Experience or willingness to engage in Training to stay updated on products and market trends
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment in Bengaluru South
• Proven track record in the education or Edtech sector is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
