About JiBe

JiBe is a cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining processes, creating pre-defined workflows, and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand - ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, charts, bug rate etc.)
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones aligned with sprint goals and release plans.
• Identify risks or delay early and take proactive steps to mitigate them with the team.
• Provide transparent and regular updates on delivery status to stakeholders.
• Responsible for Scrum Team for different modules of the product.
• Work with teams, Stakeholders, other Scrum Masters, and leaders to foster a culture that supports respect, focus, courage, openness, and commitment.
• Define and lead an agile vision and strategy that improves as our company advances in our agile understanding.
• 
  Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
• Serve the organisation and product management to better achieve their goals by applying empirical process control.

Service to team:

• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
• Coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality.
• Help the team establish practices that enhance quality, lowers technical debt, and increase product value.

Service to Product Owners

• Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
• Should be an avid communicator in interfacing and reporting to clients on a regular basis.
• Should be an individual contributor and should be aware of the entire SDLC (Software development Life Cycle).

Qualifications

Get Hired
• 3+ years prior experience as a scrum master
• At least one year of experience working intensively with Microsoft DevOps
• Experience in developing mission critical products.
• Ability to work with and lead a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Product processes expertise: Scrum, Cloud CI/CD, testing & testing automation.

• Managing scope changes.

Technology and Dev tools

• Azure DevOps, AWS, SQL Server, Power BI, CI/CD
