Job Description
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Impart training to sales team of distributors
- Conduct seminars/trainings for users.
- Plan and implement campaigns.
- Conduct mine site studies, TKPH Studies and timely reports sharing.
- Collect performance feedbacks and timely sharing reports .
- Warranty handling.
