What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in managing high-volume campus recruitment drives and large-scale bulk hiring initiatives. Your core objective is to attract, assess, and onboard fresh university graduates and operational associates efficiently to meet our rapid organizational expansion targets.

What you will do

You will coordinate campus placement activities with premier academic institutions, administer aptitude and technical assessments, manage massive candidate databases, conduct initial screening interviews, organize mega recruitment drives, and facilitate smooth onboarding logistics for incoming freshers.

Key responsibility

• Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment calendars across partner universities and technical colleges.
• Manage large-scale bulk hiring drives for entry-level operations and support functions.
• Coordinate pre-placement talks, aptitude testing, and group discussion assessment rounds.
• Screen high volumes of resumes using automated screening tools and preliminary assessment frameworks.
• Collaborate with educational institutions' placement cells to build robust graduate talent pipelines.
• Schedule and manage multiple interview panels comprising operational and departmental managers.
• Maintain comprehensive MIS reporting dashboards tracking recruitment conversion funnels and metrics.
• Facilitate pre-onboarding engagement programs to minimize candidate drop-offs and attrition.
• Coordinate background verification documentation and credential checks for all campus hires.
• Ensure seamless induction and joining formalities for large cohorts of freshers.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Specialized experience in Bulk Hiring, Campus Recruitment, Candidate Screening, and Event Coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and extreme attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and mass recruitment ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal relationship management skills.
• High stamina and resilience to manage high-pressure, fast-paced recruitment schedules.
• Ability to travel to university campuses as required during placement seasons.
