What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving our high-volume campus recruitment and bulk hiring initiatives across major academic institutions. Your focus will be on building strong university partnerships, managing large-scale assessment drives, and securing top-tier entry-level talent to fuel our rapid organizational expansion and long-term talent pipeline goals.

What you will do

You will design and execute comprehensive campus engagement strategies, coordinate multi-city hiring events, administer preliminary candidate screening assessments, and collaborate closely with internal hiring managers to streamline bulk onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial pitch to final placement.

Key responsibility

• Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives across engineering and management institutions.
• Partner with university placement cells to build robust campus relationships and brand visibility.
• Manage high-volume candidate screening, aptitude testing, and initial interview rounds.
• Coordinate interview schedules, panel assignments, and logistics for large-scale assessment centers.
• Track recruitment metrics, conversion rates, and MIS reporting for bulk hiring pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize job offers, manage salary negotiations, and drive offer acceptance.
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination and documentation verification for all new campus hires.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Minimum 0 to 1 years of professional experience in campus recruitment, bulk hiring, or talent acquisition.
• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and high-volume candidate screening.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interview coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, Excel-based MIS reporting, and basic employer branding techniques.
