What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving our high-volume campus recruitment and bulk hiring initiatives across premier educational institutions and regional talent hubs. Your core focus will be designing innovative university outreach programs, managing mass assessment drives, and building robust talent funnels to support our rapid organizational scaling requirements in dynamic market environments.

What you will do

You will lead end-to-end university relations, coordinate multi-city placement drives, administer preliminary screening tests, manage large-scale interview schedules, and collaborate closely with institutional placement cells. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics from bulk hiring campaigns to optimize conversion rates, enhance institutional branding, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for large cohorts of entry-level talent.

Key responsibility

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies targeting Tier-1 and Tier-2 engineering and management institutions across multiple states.
• Coordinate seamlessly with university placement officers, faculty coordinators, and student bodies to secure prime slotting for recruitment drives.
• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring operations including pre-placement talks, aptitude testing, group discussions, and multi-panel technical interviews.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and campus recruitment platforms to track candidate pipelines, manage mass communications, and update status reports in real time.
• Partner with internal business stakeholders and functional hiring managers to forecast entry-level headcount requirements and define selection criteria.
• Spearhead candidate relationship management initiatives to maintain high engagement levels and reduce drop-off rates between offer rollout and day-one onboarding.
• Compile and analyze detailed recruitment metrics, conversion funnels, and cost-per-hire data to present periodic MIS reports to senior leadership.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in campus recruitment, bulk hiring, or high-volume talent acquisition roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational skills, multi-tasking, problem solving, and attention to detail during fast-paced recruitment events.
• Strong proficiency in modern applicant tracking systems, campus engagement platforms, and Microsoft Excel for MIS reporting.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship building, negotiation, and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, travel extensively during peak campus seasons, and coordinate cross-functional interview panels efficiently.
