What role will you play in the team

You will act as a key quantitative contributor within our capital markets and debt advisory practice, supporting the structuring, pricing, and syndication of complex fixed-income instruments and leveraged loans. Your expertise will be vital in executing comprehensive credit analyses, monitoring market pricing dynamics, and assisting corporate clients with optimal debt capital raising strategies across domestic and international markets.

What you will do

You will be responsible for pulling real-time market data, yield curves, and credit spread benchmarks directly from the Bloomberg Terminal to inform ongoing debt syndication mandates. Your days will involve building detailed debt amortization schedules, analyzing corporate credit ratings, and preparing comprehensive marketing pitch books and information memoranda for prospective institutional lenders and bond investors.

Key responsibility

• Monitor real-time fixed-income market movements, benchmark yields, and credit spreads using the Bloomberg Terminal and Eikon platforms.
• Construct robust debt sizing, cash flow sweep, and interest coverage sensitivity models using advanced Excel Macros & VBA.
• Draft comprehensive information memoranda, teaser documents, and bank presentation decks for syndicated loan and bond issuance mandates.
• Analyze corporate borrower financial statements to evaluate leverage ratios, debt service capacities, and liquidity buffers.
  
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and rating agency teams to ensure seamless execution of debt restructuring and bond floatation exercises.
• Maintain exhaustive databases of historical debt issuances, coupon rates, and institutional investor participation trends.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or related quantitative fields.
• Deep working knowledge and hands-on operational experience with the Bloomberg Terminal and Eikon market data platforms.
• Advanced expertise in financial analysis, debt modeling, DCF frameworks, and Excel Macros & VBA automation.
• Strong understanding of capital markets architecture, fixed-income instruments, credit rating mechanics, and syndication workflows.
• Impeccable attention to detail and rigorous analytical capabilities under tight transaction deadlines.
• Exceptional presentation design skills with the ability to distill complex debt structures into clear visual summaries.

You will then transition into updating complex debt amortization and cash flow coverage models in Excel.
