What role will you play in the team

As an Enterprise Change Management and Process Optimization Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding our corporate clients through large-scale organizational transformations. Your role centers on analyzing existing enterprise architectures, identifying structural friction points, and implementing robust workflow re-engineering strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new operational models and technological infrastructures across diverse business units.

What you will do

You will immerse yourself in diagnostic assessments of client operations, evaluating legacy workflows and gathering qualitative and quantitative metrics to build robust transformation roadmaps. Working from our Coimbatore office, you will partner directly with client stakeholders to design change management frameworks, deploy targeted communication plans, and utilize advanced process mapping tools to ensure operational continuity and minimized disruption during major enterprise system overhauls.

Key responsibility

• Perform deep-dive operational assessments to evaluate current organizational workflows and identify systemic friction points.
• Develop detailed process maps and structural diagrams using advanced mapping software like Visio and Lucidchart.
• Formulate comprehensive change management strategies and adoption frameworks for enterprise-wide technology implementations.
• Analyze large sets of operational performance data using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to measure transition effectiveness.
• Manage project tasks, sprint planning, and team collaboration workflows utilizing Jira and Asana.
• Coordinate with ERP and SAP implementation teams to align technical system upgrades with human capital readiness.
• Deliver engaging training workshops and executive presentations to secure stakeholder buy-in across all organizational levels.

Required Qualification and Skills

Applicants should hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or Operations Management, accompanied by 1 to 2 years of proven experience in management consulting, change management, or business process re-engineering. Mastery of process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart, along with solid analytical capabilities in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, is essential. Familiarity with project tracking software including Jira and Asana is required. Candidates must exhibit exceptional interpersonal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management acumen, and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex corporate environments with tact and strategic foresight.

Midday, you host a collaborative workshop utilizing Visio to redesign a legacy approval workflow with department heads. The afternoon is dedicated to drafting a comprehensive change enablement strategy report for senior corporate executives.
