What role will you play in the team

As an Enterprise Change Management and Process Optimization Consultant, you will act as a catalyst for organizational transformation. You will guide our clients through complex technological and procedural shifts, ensuring high user adoption rates, minimal operational disruption, and maximum return on investment for large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across diverse industrial sectors.

What you will do

You will design and implement robust change management strategies tailored to specific enterprise requirements. Your daily schedule involves conducting thorough impact assessments, creating detailed training and communication plans, mapping current versus future state business processes, and partnering with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of new operational frameworks and digital tools.

Key responsibility

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies utilizing structured methodologies to drive high user adoption across large enterprise client organizations.
• Perform meticulous process mapping and workflow re-engineering using Visio and Lucidchart to eliminate operational redundancies and streamline functional handoffs.
• Manage end-to-end consulting project lifecycles leveraging Project Management tools, Jira, and Asana to ensure timely delivery of strategic milestones.
• Conduct targeted qualitative and quantitative stakeholder assessments and sentiment analyses using advanced market research tools and Qualtrics surveys.
• Synthesize complex operational data into actionable insights, building robust reporting structures in Excel and data visualization platforms to inform executive decision-making.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related strategic management field.
• Extensive hands-on proficiency with Project Management, Jira, Asana, Process Mapping, Visio, Lucidchart, Market Research Tools, and Qualtrics.
• Deep understanding of organizational behavior, change enablement frameworks, and enterprise process optimization principles in consulting engagements.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of translating qualitative employee feedback and quantitative operational metrics into structured transformation roadmaps.
