What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between enterprise business operations and advanced SAP systems architecture. As an integral part of our management consulting team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership to evaluate current operating models, diagnose systemic workflow bottlenecks, and architect comprehensive technological solutions that drive bottom-line efficiency and long-term organizational scalability across diverse enterprise clients.

What you will do

Your day-to-day focus will center on conducting rigorous business process reengineering exercises, deploying SAP and Oracle modules, and designing meticulous process mapping blueprints using Visio and Lucidchart. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops, translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, manage project execution timelines via Jira, and monitor strategic milestones to ensure seamless integration and maximum return on investment for our clients.

Key responsibility

• Lead end-to-end enterprise SAP and Oracle implementation projects from conceptual scoping through final deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Design, document, and optimize complex workflows and business architecture using advanced Process Mapping, Visio, and Lucidchart methodologies.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define project scopes, resource allocations, and deliverables using Project Management frameworks and Jira tracking.
• Conduct thorough gap analyses between existing legacy ERP systems and target-state enterprise software requirements to mitigate operational risks.
• Synthesize quantitative operational metrics and qualitative insights to formulate strategic recommendations for executive boardrooms.
• Establish governance frameworks and change management protocols to ensure high user adoption rates across newly deployed enterprise platforms.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field from a recognized university.
• Demonstrated expertise and hands-on professional experience with enterprise ERP Systems, SAP modules, and Oracle database architecture.
• Proficiency in modern Project Management methodologies supported by robust tracking tools such as Jira and Asana.
• Advanced mastery of Process Mapping visualization tools including Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart for creating enterprise blueprints.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and strategic communication skills tailored for C-suite interactions.
• Strong background in corporate strategy, management consulting frameworks, and operational risk mitigation strategies.
