Finops Analyst (Fresher)

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and data interpretation for strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Monitor and manage operational budgets to optimize costs
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and processes
• Generate financial reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Identify and execute process improvements for financial operations
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for financial audits
• Provide support for financial planning and forecasting activities
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive financial process enhancements
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and projections

• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for performance improvements
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and records
• Support in the implementation of financial software and tools
• Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial operations
   

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or financial operations
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
