What role will you play in the team

What you will do

You will spearhead talent sourcing initiatives, administer comprehensive candidate screening protocols, and manage complex interview scheduling workflows across various operational units. Furthermore, you will track recruitment metrics, oversee background verification processes, and champion candidate relationship management to cultivate sustainable talent pipelines.

Key responsibility

• Drive full cycle recruiting strategies from initial talent sourcing and resume screening to final offer acceptance and onboarding completion.
• Oversee rigorous candidate screening and preliminary interviewing to assess behavioral competencies, technical proficiency, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate intricate interview schedules involving multiple senior leadership stakeholders and cross-functional evaluation panels.
• Manage candidate relationship management workflows to nurture passive talent pools and maintain high engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with HR operations teams to execute background verification checks, reference validations, and compliant onboarding documentation.
• Contribute to recruitment analytics and MIS reporting initiatives to identify pipeline bottlenecks and optimize hiring conversion rates.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour, or relevant professional fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing techniques, and interview scheduling platforms.
• In-depth understanding of employer branding practices, talent pipeline management, and candidate experience frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, and structured time management capacities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, empathy, and professional negotiation proficiency.
