What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in managing our end-to-end human resources operations and driving impactful employee engagement initiatives across our expanding regional offices. What you will do

You will collaborate closely with department heads to execute comprehensive employee engagement programs, oversee onboarding lifecycles, and maintain meticulous HR records. Additionally, you will handle employee grievances, administer benefits programs, coordinate internal communications, and generate precise HR analytics reports to guide leadership decision-making.

Key responsibility

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, orientation schedules, and exit formalities to ensure a smooth transition for all personnel.
• Drive creative employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and reward programs to boost morale and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and HRIS databases ensuring strict data confidentiality and compliance.
• Address and resolve employee grievances proactively, acting as a trusted mediator and counselor for workplace concerns.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, track progress metrics, and compile comprehensive MIS reports for management review.
• Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate inputs for monthly salary processing, bonuses, and statutory deductions.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Proven working knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and MIS Reporting methodologies.
• Strong foundational expertise in Attention to Detail, Communication, Relationship Building, and Organizational Skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS software, Excel-based reporting dashboards, and internal communication tools.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multi-tasking environments with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving acumen.
