What role will you play in the team

You will operate as an integral driver within our investment banking division, specializing in capital markets platform deployment and multi-faceted debt or equity syndication transactions. Your expertise will streamline the deal lifecycle from initial syndicate formation to final allotment, ensuring seamless coordination across international financial hubs.

What you will do

You will manage intricate underwriting documentation, configure and deploy specialized Capital Markets Platforms, and orchestrate comprehensive transaction syndication pipelines. Your contributions will directly enhance the efficiency, speed, and accuracy of our primary market issuance execution processes for diverse corporate clients.

Key responsibility

• Manage end-to-end deal syndication workflows and platform operations using dedicated Capital Markets Platforms and Dealogic databases.
• Build detailed M&A Modeling Tools and structural transaction models to evaluate prospective equity and debt capital raising scenarios.
• Perform extensive Comparable Company Analysis and valuation benchmarking using Bloomberg Terminal and FactSet market feeds.
• Draft compelling institutional pitchbooks, offering memorandums, and board presentation materials leveraging PitchBook data analytics.
• Coordinate seamlessly with legal, compliance, and institutional investor syndicates to accelerate deal closure timelines and mitigate settlement risks.

Required Qualification and Skills

Hold a professional degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Financial Engineering from a top-tier academic institution.
• Bring 1 to 2 years of targeted experience within investment banking execution, debt capital markets, or institutional corporate finance operations.
• Demonstrate deep technical fluency in Capital Markets Platforms, Dealogic, Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and M&A Modeling Tools.
• Strong working knowledge of valuation mechanics, DCF methodologies, LBO structuring, and comprehensive Comparable Company Analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to manage high-pressure transaction environments and strict deadlines.
