What role will you play in the team

You will act as a core quantitative execution specialist within our bustling investment banking division, specializing in capital raising, Initial Public Offerings, and secondary market offerings. Your analytical acumen will directly support senior managing directors in structuring complex equity and debt offerings, leveraging global databases to uncover proprietary deal opportunities and execute seamless underwriting processes for high-growth corporate clients.

What you will do

Your core responsibilities involve harnessing sophisticated financial terminals and underwriting platforms to aggregate market intelligence, track global deal flows, and formulate institutional-grade pitch books. You will maintain meticulous comparable company universes, conduct comprehensive market clearing analyses, and assist in drafting offering memorandums that accurately reflect issuer valuations and market appetites under tight transaction deadlines.

Key responsibility

• Utilize specialized Capital Markets Platforms, Dealogic, and PitchBook to extract, clean, and analyze global transaction volumes, syndicate structures, and competitor underwriting league tables.
• Construct and maintain dynamic Comparable Company Analysis and valuation models utilizing Capital IQ and Bloomberg Terminal data feeds.
• Draft compelling pitch books, marketing presentations, and management presentations for prospective IPO and debt issuance clients.
• Coordinate seamlessly with legal, compliance, and syndicate desks during live book-building and roadshow execution phases.
• Automate market intelligence tracking and valuation updates using advanced Excel Macros & VBA to enhance deal team responsiveness.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Commerce from a top-tier academic institution.
• Demonstrated expertise using Capital Markets Platforms, Dealogic, PitchBook, and Capital IQ for market research and transaction analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Comparable Company Analysis, valuation techniques, and Excel Macros & VBA.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing public equity offerings and debt capital syndication.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with the stamina to thrive in a high-pressure, deal-driven environment.
