What role will you play in the team

You will serve as an integral part of our core investment banking division, driving deep quantitative evaluations and market benchmarking exercises. Your primary objective will be to support senior dealmakers by delivering granular comparative metrics, valuation matrices, and extensive financial data syntheses that directly inform high-stakes corporate finance transactions, cross-border mergers, and equity capital market offerings across diverse industrial sectors.

What you will do

You will meticulously construct and maintain dynamic financial models, execute comprehensive comparable company analyses, and evaluate target entities using advanced market multiples. Your daily mandate involves leveraging premium financial terminals to extract verified historical data, building robust discounted cash flow frameworks, and synthesizing complex market intelligence into precise, actionable pitch books for institutional clients and executive boardrooms.

Key responsibility

• Execute rigorous Comparable Company Analysis using FactSet, Bloomberg Terminal, and Capital IQ to benchmark peer multiples and valuation ranges.
• Construct complex Valuation Techniques and DCF models incorporating multiple scenario analyses and cost of capital calculations.
• Design detailed M&A Modeling Tools and LBO structures to evaluate transaction feasibility and accretion-dilution impacts.
• Collaborate with senior advisory teams to draft comprehensive pitch books, confidential information memorandums, and investor presentations.
• Analyze capital markets platforms and transaction databases such as PitchBook and Dealogic for precedent transaction tracking.
• Automate repetitive financial reporting and data cleansing processes utilizing advanced Excel Macros & VBA scripts.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Quantitative Business Management from a premier institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Analysis, Valuation Techniques, DCF, LBO, and Comparable Company Analysis.
• Advanced operational proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, Capital IQ, Eikon, PitchBook, and Dealogic.
• Expert-level command over Excel Macros & VBA for financial modeling automation and large dataset manipulation.
• Exceptional analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and a rigorous understanding of corporate accounting principles.
