What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in our elite investment banking advisory division, driving the execution of high-profile mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. What you will do

Your core focus will involve architecting sophisticated valuation models, conducting rigorous comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, and synthesizing complex financial data into actionable advisory insights. You will leverage industry-standard platforms to extract precise market metrics, build exhaustive financial models, and manage secure virtual data rooms during active due diligence phases. Furthermore, you will draft confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books that showcase deep industry expertise and precise valuation mechanics, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest institutional standards of accuracy and visual appeal.

Key responsibility

• Develop and refine complex discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and merger consequence models utilizing advanced spreadsheet techniques and financial formulas.
• Conduct exhaustive comparable company and precedent transaction analyses using Dealogic, PitchBook, and Capital IQ to benchmark valuation multiples accurately.
• Draft comprehensive pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations for prospective M&A mandates and capital raising exercises.
• Manage virtual data rooms (VDRs), coordinate buyer Q&A processes, and facilitate seamless due diligence workflows between clients and prospective investors.
• Analyze financial statements, segment data, and market reports to identify key value drivers, synergy potentials, and credit risk factors for target acquisitions.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and accounting advisors to review definitive transaction agreements, disclosure schedules, and regulatory filings.
• Monitor capital market trends, deal flow activities, and macroeconomic indicators to generate timely market update briefs for internal leadership teams.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized institution with a stellar academic record.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 0 to 1 years of intensive internship or full-time experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory services.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in financial analysis, valuation techniques, DCF modeling, and comparable company analysis methodologies.
• Maintain hands-on operational expertise with industry terminals and databases including Dealogic, PitchBook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg Terminal, and Eikon.
