What role will you play in the team

You will be an integral member of the equity capital markets and financial advisory group, supporting execution teams on equity issuances, initial public offerings, and secondary market transactions. Your responsibilities center on crafting complex discounted cash flow models, performing rigorous valuation analyses, and assisting in the preparation of detailed pitch materials for institutional clients.

What you will do

You will actively build, test, and audit complex Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models and accretion-dilution frameworks. Your work will involve analyzing historical financial statements, forecasting future earnings streams, and computing cost of capital metrics to establish robust valuation ranges for corporate clients seeking equity capital market solutions.

Key responsibility

• Build comprehensive Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models to evaluate equity valuations and transaction structures.
• Perform detailed financial statement analysis and historical trend evaluations for prospective IPO candidates.
• Assist in drafting equity research reports, investor presentation decks, and confidential information memorandums.
• Utilize Bloomberg Terminal and Capital IQ to gather market comparables and transaction precedents.
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and underwriting teams during the due diligence phase of equity offerings.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to assess impacts of market volatility on client valuations.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, or Quantitative Accounting.
• In-depth mastery of DCF modeling, valuation techniques, and core corporate finance theories.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, and advanced Excel Macros & VBA.
• Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex financial data under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills and capability to manage multiple transaction workstreams simultaneously.
• High ethical standards and discretion when handling confidential non-public financial information.
