What role will you play in the team

You will play a vital role in driving our high-volume recruitment drives and university relations. Your focus will be on executing large-scale hiring strategies, coordinating with educational institutions, and securing top-tier entry-level talent to fuel our expanding organizational workforce across multiple rapidly growing metropolitan hubs in India.

What you will do

You will manage end-to-end campus hiring cycles, design engaging pre-placement talks, collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, and utilize advanced sourcing tools to build robust talent pipelines for high-volume recruitment requirements. Your day-to-day operations will directly shape our corporate talent footprint.

Key responsibility

• Plan and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies across tier-1 and tier-2 engineering and management colleges in India.
• Coordinate bulk hiring drives, manage candidate walk-ins, and oversee preliminary candidate screening processes efficiently.
• Partner with institutional placement cells to schedule interviews, technical assessments, and group discussions seamlessly.
• Maintain detailed Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records and generate daily MIS reports regarding campus conversion metrics.
• Administer offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-boarding engagement campaigns for selected university graduates.
• Collaborate with the employer branding team to showcase company culture during university recruitment events.

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with zero to one year of relevant internship experience. Strong proficiency in Campus Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Interview Scheduling, and Talent Pipeline Management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with ATS platforms and Boolean search methodologies. Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments with exceptional attention to detail.
