What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Bulk Hiring and Employee Engagement Coordinator at Jobaaj, you will become a vital pillar in executing large-scale volume recruitment drives and fostering vibrant workplace cultures. What you will do

You will orchestrate mass hiring events, execute high-velocity candidate sourcing via digital portals, coordinate walk-in interviews, and administer large-scale evaluation assessments. Additionally, you will spearhead internal employee engagement calendars, organize team-building events, analyze pulse survey feedback, and partner with HR operations teams to streamline documentation and background verification workflows for large cohorts of newly hired personnel.

Key responsibility

• Execute high-volume bulk hiring campaigns by sourcing candidates through job portals, social media channels, recruitment agencies, and direct walk-in drives.
• Manage end-to-end candidate assessment workflows, coordinating large interview panels, aptitude tests, and multi-stage screening processes efficiently.
• Design, coordinate, and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs, cultural events, recognition ceremonies, and feedback feedback sessions.
• Maintain meticulous MIS reporting and HR operations records for mass onboarding, attendance tracking, background verification, and documentation compliance.
• Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and hiring managers to forecast volume workforce requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Address employee grievances, facilitate open communication channels, and foster positive interpersonal relationships across newly formed teams.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Social Work, or an equivalent relevant field of study.
• Hands-on experience or academic specialization in Bulk Hiring, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Candidate Screening.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, relationship-building expertise, active listening, and conflict-resolution competencies.
