What role will you play in the team

You will serve as an integral pillar within our Kochi-based Human Resources division, focusing heavily on executing high-volume bulk hiring mandates and assisting in strategic workforce planning initiatives. Your expertise will directly fuel our clients' rapid operational expansion by attracting, evaluating, and onboarding large cohorts of operational talent efficiently.

What you will do

You will orchestrate large-scale recruitment drives, manage mass walk-in interviews, screen high volumes of applicant profiles, administer preliminary assessments, coordinate background verification checks, and facilitate structured onboarding workflows while aligning operations with forecasted workforce requirements.

Key responsibility

• Plan and execute high-volume bulk hiring drives and mass recruitment campaigns across southern regional hubs.
• Screen large volumes of resumes against predefined criteria and administer initial aptitude and skill-based assessments.
• Coordinate large-scale interview schedules, manage panel availability, and maintain smooth candidate flow during walk-in events.
• Partner with HR operations and external vendors to execute thorough background verification and reference checks for all hires.
• Collaborate with workforce planning teams to analyze staffing gaps, attrition trends, and future talent requirements.
• Generate detailed recruitment analytics, hiring funnel metrics, and MIS reports to present to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Post-graduate degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related disciplines with 0-1 years of experience.
• Proven capability in managing high-volume recruitment, bulk hiring operations, and rapid candidate screening processes.
• Strong working knowledge of recruitment analytics, MIS reporting tools, and HR management systems.
• Outstanding organizational skills, multi-tasking capacity, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
