What role will you play in the team

As a Junior CRM Product Manager stationed in Visakhapatnam, you will spearhead the optimization of customer relationship management systems. You will orchestrate inbound marketing pipelines, lead lifecycle frameworks, and automated sales funnels, ensuring seamless operational alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

What you will do

You will configure and administer enterprise CRM environments, map out complex customer journey workflows, define custom properties and data schemas, analyze sales pipeline velocities, run user acceptance testing for newly deployed CRM integrations, and train internal stakeholders on platform best practices.

Key responsibility

• Configure, customize, and optimize HubSpot CRM instances to match evolving business requirements.
• Manage project tasks, milestones, and cross-team dependencies using Monday.com and Trello.
• Design automated customer engagement workflows, email sequences, and lead scoring models.
• Integrate third-party applications and data connectors into core CRM architectures.
• Track pipeline KPIs, customer acquisition costs, and conversion metrics using native and external analytics tools.
• Document functional specifications, system configurations, and standard operating procedures for end-users.
• Facilitate agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions using Scrum methodologies.

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Commerce, Business Analytics, or related fields.
0 to 1 years of professional experience in CRM administration, product operations, or sales automation.
In-depth mastery of HubSpot CRM administration, pipelines, and automation tools.
Strong competency in collaborative project management software including Monday.com, Trello, and Jira.
Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies, Kanban boards, and sprint execution frameworks.
Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and customer feedback data collection tools.
Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
