What role will you play in the team

You will champion our organizational reputation as an employer of choice across digital channels and candidate touchpoints. Your focus will be on crafting compelling brand narratives, managing candidate feedback loops, and ensuring that every applicant receives an exceptional, supportive experience throughout their recruitment journey with us.

What you will do

You will design creative campaigns highlighting workplace culture, monitor online employee review platforms, and analyze candidate feedback surveys. You will also coordinate engagement initiatives across social media channels and streamline communication touchpoints to minimize candidate drop-offs and elevate our overall market positioning.

Key responsibility

• Develop and execute impactful employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze candidate experience metrics through regular feedback surveys and NPS tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce engaging employee spotlight videos and culture blogs.
• Ensure timely, empathetic, and professional communication with all applicants at every recruitment stage.
• Organize virtual and physical candidate engagement events to promote organizational values and culture.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Human Resources, or Marketing.
• Specialized knowledge in Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, and Employee Engagement.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Outstanding written communication, relationship building, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple branding projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
