What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Employer Branding and Onboarding Specialist, you will be the driving force behind shaping how top industry talent perceives our organizational culture and employment proposition. What you will do

You will craft compelling narrative content highlighting employee success stories, manage our employer branding social media presence, and organize virtual and physical campus recruitment showcases. Simultaneously, you will administer comprehensive onboarding workflows, coordinate documentation and background verification processes, and facilitate orientation sessions that integrate new employees smoothly into their respective departments.

Key responsibility

• Develop and execute targeted employer branding strategies and collateral to enhance company reputation across digital recruitment platforms.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding operations, ensuring all pre-employment formalities, background verification checks, and documentation are flawlessly executed.
• Design and facilitate engaging new hire orientation programs that communicate company culture, policies, and operational structures effectively.
• Partner with HR operations and department heads to streamline employee assimilation, monitor early tenure progress, and address integration hurdles.
• Coordinate reference checks, offer management correspondence, and facilitate smooth salary negotiation handoffs with recruitment partners.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or Organizational Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Proven understanding of employer branding frameworks, social recruitment channels, and contemporary onboarding methodologies.
• Exceptional competence in stakeholder management, candidate relationship management, and delivering memorable candidate experiences.
• Familiarity with background verification protocols, reference check procedures, and basic HR compliance standards.
