What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Architecture Consultant, you will serve as a foundational pillar within our technology-driven management consulting engagements. You will be responsible for evaluating enterprise architectures, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical ERP implementations, and ensuring that our clients' organizational workflows are fully optimized to leverage enterprise software platforms efficiently.

What you will do

You will work alongside seasoned senior architects to analyze client business processes, map out current-state versus future-state enterprise blueprints, and assist in configuring SAP and Oracle modules to match specific industry requirements. Based in our Nagpur office, you will conduct rigorous data reconciliations, participate in system testing phases, and draft comprehensive technical and functional documentation that guides enterprise-wide system integration initiatives.

Key responsibility

Conduct thorough business requirements gathering and gap analysis for enterprise resource planning implementations.
Design and document current-state and future-state business architecture blueprints using Visio and Lucidchart.
Assist in the functional configuration, testing, and optimization of SAP and Oracle enterprise modules.
Analyze operational data flows and system integration logs utilizing advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI dashboards.
Manage project sprints, task assignments, and bug tracking meticulously through Jira and Asana.
Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to align software deployment with overarching business strategy goals.
Prepare detailed training manuals, system documentation, and implementation reports for client executive boards.

Required Qualification and Skills

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Analytics, with 0-1 years of experience in enterprise consulting or ERP implementation support. Strong foundational knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and enterprise resource planning systems is mandatory. Proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, alongside architecture mapping software such as Visio and Lucidchart, is required. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Asana will be heavily prioritized. Candidates must exhibit meticulous attention to detail, structured analytical thinking, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
