Junior Growth Product Manager - Figma Prototyping And Mixpanel Analytics

What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition and engagement by identifying growth loops, conceptualizing feature experiments, and collaborating closely with design and engineering teams. Your focus will be on optimizing the user funnel, analyzing user behavior using advanced product analytics platforms, and translating insights into actionable feature backlogs that directly impact core business metrics.

What you will do

You will own the end-to-end ideation and execution of growth experiments, conduct user research sessions, and define comprehensive product requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate sprint planning sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and continuously monitor product performance metrics to iterate on feature releases and improve overall platform retention rates.

Key responsibility

• Design intuitive user flows and interactive wireframes using Figma and Sketch to validate product concepts before engineering handoff.
• Track, measure, and analyze user engagement metrics, conversion funnels, and feature adoption rates using Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
• Formulate rigorous hypotheses, design A/B testing frameworks, and interpret experimental results to drive product optimization.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Jira, Trello, and Agile methodologies to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Synthesize customer feedback from qualitative tools like Hotjar and SurveyMonkey to identify usability friction points and propose design improvements.

Required Qualification and Skills

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field along with 0-1 years of hands-on product management experience. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision is mandatory. Strong foundational knowledge of product analytics tools including Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics is required. Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks are essential for this role.
