What role will you play in the team

You will play a vital role in our dynamic Human Resources team as a Junior IT Recruitment and Campus Hiring Specialist based in Visakhapatnam. Your primary focus will be driving end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles, engaging with academic institutions, and managing high-volume campus onboarding programs to secure top technical talent for our elite enterprise clients.

What you will do

You will actively partner with engineering managers to understand technical requisition requirements, execute advanced Boolean searches on job portals, screen incoming technical resumes, coordinate multi-round technical interviews, facilitate smooth salary negotiations, and ensure comprehensive background verification for all selected candidates.

Key responsibility

• Execute full-cycle IT recruitment operations including technical screening, candidate evaluation, and interview scheduling using advanced ATS tools.
• Manage end-to-end campus recruitment drives by partnering with engineering colleges, conducting pre-placement talks, and administering online technical assessments.
• Leverage Boolean search strings and professional networks to source niche software engineering and IT infrastructure talent.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to streamline interview feedback loops and accelerate hiring timelines.
• Facilitate comprehensive background verification, reference checks, and structured onboarding protocols for newly hired technical cohorts.
• Maintain and update talent pipeline dashboards, generate daily MIS reports, and track recruitment analytics to optimize hiring funnels.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT recruitment methodologies, technical skill sets, and modern hiring software stacks (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in candidate sourcing, resume screening, Boolean search techniques, and interview coordination.
• High attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and effective time management skills to handle high-volume bulk hiring tasks.
