Junior Mobile App Product Specialist - Figma And Mixpanel Analytics

What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Mobile App Product Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and feature set of our consumer-facing iOS and Android applications. You will operate at the intersection of design, data analytics, and mobile engineering to optimize user onboarding flows, engagement loops, and feature discoverability. Your role requires a deep passion for mobile usability and a data-driven approach to evaluating app performance across diverse user segments.

What you will do

You will execute quantitative and qualitative research initiatives to understand user behavior within our mobile applications. Your responsibilities include tracking in-app user journeys using Mixpanel and Amplitude, designing interactive wireframes in Figma, and defining rigorous acceptance criteria for mobile feature developments. You will work closely with mobile developers and QA engineers to ensure seamless release cycles, fast bug resolution, and optimal app store ratings.

Key responsibility

• Design intuitive mobile wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma and Adobe XD for rapid concept validation.
• Monitor and analyze mobile app usage funnels, retention cohorts, and event tracking data using Mixpanel and Amplitude analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with mobile engineering squads to plan sprints, track deliverables, and manage backlogs using Jira and Trello.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback and survey insights collected via Hotjar and UsabilityHub to drive iterative design updates.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Daily Active Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), and churn rates.
• Coordinate bug tracking, QA verification, and user acceptance testing prior to publishing new mobile app builds to app stores.
• Maintain synchronization across product feature timelines using product roadmap tools like ProductPlan and Aha! software.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Computer Science, Economics, or an equivalent analytical discipline.
• Minimum 0 to 1 years of professional experience focusing on mobile product features, UI/UX design, or digital product analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of mobile product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in wireframing and interface design software including Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Scrum principles, and project management applications like Jira.
• Understanding of customer feedback mechanisms and session replay tools such as Hotjar, UsabilityHub, and SurveyMonkey.
