Junior Mobile App Product Specialist - Figma Prototyping And Mixpanel Analytics

What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Mobile App Product Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and engagement loops of our high-growth consumer mobile applications. You will work at the intersection of design, data analytics, and engineering to optimize feature adoption and retention metrics using Figma, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.

What you will do

You will conceptualize mobile app features, construct interactive wireframes and prototypes, and define core instrumentation tracking plans. Your focus will be on analyzing user drop-off points through quantitative analytics platforms and running iterative usability tests to continuously improve the mobile experience.

Key responsibility

• Design intuitive mobile app wireframes and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma and Sketch.
• Define event tracking taxonomies and monitor product usage metrics via Mixpanel and Amplitude.
• Write comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) for iOS and Android native applications.
• Coordinate with engineering squads to execute rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and feature rollouts.
• Synthesize user research and feedback gathered through UsabilityHub and customer support tickets.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-1 years of experience in digital product management, UX design, or mobile app growth.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools including Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of mobile app development lifecycles and agile release trains.
• Excellent communication skills with a user-centric problem-solving methodology.
