Junior Mobile App Product Specialist - Prototyping And Analytics

What role will you play in the team

You will serve as a foundational pillar within our mobile application product division, focusing heavily on enhancing user journeys across iOS and Android platforms. By leveraging advanced prototyping tools and deep user analytics, you will translate raw product ideas into tangible, data-driven features that elevate mobile engagement and retention metrics across all user segments.

What you will do

You will design interactive mobile screen prototypes using Adobe XD and Sketch, evaluate user drop-off points using Amplitude and Mixpanel, and manage sprint backlogs utilizing Kanban boards and Jira. Additionally, you will coordinate user testing sessions through UsabilityHub and SurveyMonkey to validate mobile interface changes prior to official engineering handoffs.

Key responsibility

• Design responsive mobile wireframes and interactive high-fidelity prototypes using Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Track mobile application retention, event funnels, and user cohorts using Amplitude and Mixpanel analytics platforms.
• Manage and organize task workflows using Kanban methodologies within Jira and Trello tracking systems.
• Conduct usability testing and gather qualitative user feedback through UsabilityHub, SurveyMonkey, and Hotjar integrations.
• Collaborate closely with mobile software engineers to ensure seamless implementation of user interface specifications.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for new mobile feature releases and updates.

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Interaction Design, or a related technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development lifecycles and Agile / Kanban development processes.
• Proficiency in designing mobile user interfaces with Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Hands-on experience utilizing analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with project management software like Jira, Trello, and Monday.com.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and user-centric problem-solving capabilities.
