What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Mobile Product Specialist at our client firm in Jaipur, you will act as the crucial link between UI/UX design and behavioral analytics. You will champion user-centric mobile product features, driving engagement metrics and translating customer feedback into actionable engineering backlogs while maintaining rigorous agile methodologies.

What you will do

You will manage mobile feature lifecycles, craft low and high-fidelity wireframes using industry-standard tools, track user funnels via advanced analytics platforms, collaborate with cross-functional development squads daily, and run structured A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates across Android and iOS applications.

Key responsibility

• Design intuitive mobile wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Analyze user retention, drop-off rates, and event tracking data using Amplitude and Google Analytics.
• Manage sprint backlogs, write detailed user stories, and conduct acceptance testing using Jira and Trello.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback through surveys and usability testing platforms like Hotjar and UsabilityHub.
• Maintain dynamic product roadmaps using Aha! and ProductPlan to align stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate bug tracking, feature releases, and retrospective meetings following strict Scrum and Kanban principles.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of hands-on experience in mobile product feature management or digital design.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.
• Working knowledge of project management frameworks like Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
• Understanding of customer feedback mechanisms using Hotjar, UsabilityHub, and SurveyMonkey.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a data-driven problem-solving mindset.
