What role will you play in the team

You will serve as a foundational pillar within our core data analytics unit, bridging unstructured data repositories with intuitive visual reporting interfaces. Your primary objective will be to harness NoSQL databases to capture high-velocity telemetry, transforming raw JSON payloads into actionable business intelligence for marketing and product optimization.

What you will do

You will actively manage document collections in MongoDB, write aggregation pipelines to process event streams, and design comprehensive reporting views using Google Data Studio. Your efforts will enable real-time tracking of user engagement metrics, helping product managers visualize behavioral trends and optimize digital campaign performance effectively.

Key responsibility

• Architect, configure, and maintain flexible document collections and schemas within MongoDB for high-throughput application telemetry.
• Develop and optimize advanced MongoDB aggregation pipelines to extract meaningful insights from large volumes of unstructured data.
• Design, build, and deploy comprehensive, real-time visualization dashboards and interactive reports using Google Data Studio.
• Integrate diverse data sources and webhooks to ensure seamless data flow into analytical dashboards without latency issues.
• Perform routine data audits, cleaning routines, and schema migrations to preserve data quality across NoSQL environments.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to translate complex tracking requirements into automated data collection schemas.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field of study.
• Solid understanding and practical experience working with MongoDB, NoSQL concepts, and document-oriented database design.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating intuitive, client-ready analytical reports and dashboards utilizing Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with data processing languages such as Python or JavaScript for scripting automated data ingestion tasks.
