What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Node.js and MongoDB Backend Web Developer, you will play a crucial part in architecting, developing, and maintaining robust server-side applications. What you will do

You will design and implement RESTful APIs using Express.js and Node.js, manage data persistence layers utilizing MongoDB and MySQL, and ensure version control compliance through Git and GitHub. Your daily routines will involve writing clean asynchronous JavaScript code, debugging server performance issues, conducting unit tests, optimizing database queries, and participating in code reviews to maintain high codebase standards across distributed engineering squads.

Key responsibility

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
• Design, implement, and optimize database schemas using MongoDB and MySQL for high data integrity.
• Build and document secure RESTful APIs for seamless frontend integration and mobile applications.
• Utilize Git and GitHub for daily version control, branch management, and collaborative code merging.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 0 to 1 year of hands-on software development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
• Working knowledge of database management systems including MongoDB and MySQL.
