What role will you play in the team

You will act as an integral backend engineering team member, designing and implementing robust server-side logic and database architectures. Your primary focus will be building scalable APIs using Node.js and managing data persistence layers with MongoDB to power high-traffic enterprise applications.

What you will do

You will develop high-performance backend services, write secure RESTful APIs, and structure non-relational databases using MongoDB. Working alongside frontend developers and cloud architects, you will ensure data integrity, implement stringent security protocols, and manage code repositories using Git and GitHub.

Key responsibility

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
• Design, model, and optimize MongoDB collections and queries for high-performance data retrieval.
• Develop and document comprehensive RESTful APIs and integrate GraphQL query layers where necessary.
• Implement rigorous authentication, authorization, and data encryption standards across all backend services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using Git and GitHub for branch management and code reviews.
• Monitor server health, diagnose bottlenecks, and optimize application throughput in cloud environments.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Backend Technologies, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with Database Systems, specifically MongoDB and NoSQL paradigms.
• Familiarity with API Development, RESTful APIs, and Version Control Systems like Git and GitHub.
