Junior Platform Product Specialist - Monday.com And Product Analytics

What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Platform Product Specialist, you will act as the bridge between business operations and technical development teams. You will be responsible for streamlining internal workflow automation, managing core platform modules, and leveraging product analytics data to optimize operational efficiency and enhance overall system usability for internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do

You will configure workflow boards, manage task tracking systems, and document comprehensive technical specifications for platform upgrades. Furthermore, you will partner with data analysts to monitor system performance indicators, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure seamless deployment of new features across staging and production environments.

Key responsibility

• Manage and configure complex workflow tracking systems and project boards utilizing Monday.com and Trello.
• Analyze user interaction data and feature utilization patterns using Amplitude and Mixpanel to inform roadmap decisions.
• Create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, InVision, and Adobe XD to visualize workflow improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional release cycles, track milestones, and maintain project documentation using Jira and Agile frameworks.
• Gather and categorize customer feedback using SurveyMonkey, UsabilityHub, and customer success logs to prioritize bug fixes and enhancements.

Required Qualification and Skills

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline with 0-1 years of experience in product operations or platform management. Demonstrated expertise in workflow management tools like Monday.com and Trello is required. Hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD along with product analytics software like Mixpanel and Amplitude is highly desirable. Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management abilities are critical.
