Junior Product Operations And Feature Lifecycle Coordinator

What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customer feedback and product development by meticulously tracking feature lifecycles, managing backlog grooming sessions, and ensuring smooth cross-functional communication between engineering, design, and stakeholder teams. Your ability to maintain meticulous product documentation and monitor user engagement metrics will drive successful product releases across our digital platforms.

What you will do

You will actively manage the product backlog using Jira, prioritize user stories based on customer feedback collected through Hotjar and UsabilityHub, and construct comprehensive wireframes and prototypes using Figma. Furthermore, you will analyze user behavior metrics via Mixpanel and Google Analytics to identify friction points and propose actionable enhancements to improve overall product usability and feature adoption.

Key responsibility

• Maintain, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in Jira in alignment with Agile Methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Design intuitive wireframes, mockups, and interactive user flows using Figma to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Analyze user behavior, feature drop-offs, and conversion rates using Mixpanel and Google Analytics dashboards.
• Synthesize customer feedback and survey insights gathered from Hotjar, UsabilityHub, and SurveyMonkey into actionable product requirements.
• Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure the engineering team meets delivery milestones.
• Document detailed functional specifications, release notes, and user manuals for every new feature deployment.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related analytical field with a strong understanding of product management principles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools including Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to create wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven aptitude for cross-functional stakeholder management.
