Junior Product Owner - ProductPlan And Customer Feedback Systems

What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Product Owner based in our Chennai hub, you will take ownership of specific product modules focused on customer satisfaction and feedback integration. You will champion the voice of the customer by systematically capturing qualitative insights and translating them into structured engineering requirements for our core enterprise solutions.

What you will do

You will orchestrate the end-to-end feedback loop by deploying targeted surveys, analyzing customer sentiment, and mapping out strategic release plans. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing feature dependencies, authoring precise functional specifications, and ensuring that every product release directly solves validated user pain points.

Key responsibility

• Deploy and manage customer feedback collection campaigns using specialised tools like SurveyMonkey, Hotjar, and UsabilityHub.
• Maintain and communicate dynamic product release schedules using ProductPlan to synchronize development milestones.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Sales teams to aggregate CRM Systems feedback data from HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions using Jira and Trello.
• Define quantifiable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor post-launch feature performance using Google Analytics and Amplitude.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant analytical fields.
• 0 to 1 years of professional experience in product operations, customer success engineering, or agile product management.
• Demonstrated expertise with product planning tools such as ProductPlan and backlog managers like Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Feedback Tools including Hotjar, SurveyMonkey, and UsabilityHub.
• Strong understanding of CRM Systems workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot) and quantitative data tracking.
• Exceptional documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and interpersonal communication abilities.

A Day in the Life

You start your morning reviewing Hotjar session recordings and SurveyMonkey responses to identify emerging product friction points. Mid-day, you update the feature release schedule in ProductPlan to reflect shifting engineering priorities. Later, you lead a grooming session in Jira with software developers to clarify user story requirements derived from recent CRM Systems data insights, ensuring complete alignment across teams.
