Junior Product Owner - ProductPlan And HubSpot CRM

What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Product Owner focused on ProductPlan and HubSpot CRM implementations, you will serve as the voice of the customer within our fast-paced product development squads. You will be responsible for defining product specifications, managing release cadences, and ensuring that our SaaS applications align perfectly with customer acquisition and retention strategies driven by inbound CRM data.

What you will do

You will take ownership of authoring clear acceptance criteria, maintaining sprint backlogs, and visualizing product timelines using ProductPlan. By integrating HubSpot CRM insights into your feature prioritization matrix, you will ensure that engineering efforts are continuously directed toward solving verified customer friction points and enhancing overall product value realization.

Key responsibility

• Translate business objectives and HubSpot CRM customer feedback insights into structured, actionable sprint user stories.
• Own and manage the team backlog within Jira, ensuring all tickets contain explicit acceptance criteria and technical parameters.
• Construct, maintain, and present visual product release timelines and strategic roadmaps using ProductPlan software.
• Monitor product usability metrics, session recordings, and customer feedback loops using tools like Hotjar and UsabilityHub.
• Coordinate closely with QA engineers to validate feature builds against defined requirements prior to production deployment.
• Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies, removing blockers and clarifying requirements for developers and designers.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related quantitative fields of study.
• 0 to 1 year of professional experience operating within software product development or agile technical delivery environments.
• Practical expertise working with roadmapping applications such as ProductPlan, Aha!, and strategic planning tools.
• Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce for tracking customer preferences.
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Kanban boards, and Scrum sprint execution frameworks.
• Familiarity with feedback collection platforms like Hotjar, UsabilityHub, and Customer Feedback Tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with an eye for detail in software requirement specifications.
