What role will you play in the team

As a Junior React and GraphQL Frontend Web Developer, you will act as a pivotal member of our dynamic engineering division located in Ahmedabad. Your primary focus will be bridging the gap between graphical design elements and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

What you will do

You will develop highly responsive user interface components using React and integrate them with robust GraphQL APIs. Your daily routine will involve collaborating with UI/UX designers, translating wireframes into high-quality code, optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers, and maintaining clean version control histories.

Key responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance frontend web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Query and mutate backend data structures efficiently by writing optimized GraphQL operations and managing client-side caching strategies.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and product managers to define API contracts and feature specifications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement rigorous unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library to guarantee component reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile sprint planning sessions to continuously improve engineering standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of frontend architecture, component libraries, and deployment pipelines.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience of 0-1 years building responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
• Proficiency in React.js, component lifecycle management, state management hooks, and virtual DOM optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with GraphQL client libraries such as Apollo Client or Relay for data fetching and caching.
• Working knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git and GitHub, for collaborative software development workflows.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and cross-browser compatibility testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills suited for fast-paced agile team environments.
